Lincoln City are the unlikelies that have signed Michael O'Connor on loan from Crewe.

He's at Sincil park on a one-month deal but it is rumoured that a possible move to Derby County is on the cards. The former Crewe captain has been out of favour following an incident two weekends ago on the team bus. However, Alex manager Gudjon Thordarson has had enough of "Occy" and is prepared to let him go.

"He has been captain of Crewe this season, he's played a lot of games and has international experience under his belt, so his arrival is something of a coup for us", said Imps manager Peter Jackson.
